A ceremony rehearsal room is provided at no charge when no other events are scheduled. If an event is scheduled to take place in the room in which you would like to rehearse, you may choose to rehearse in any other unused room or to hold your rehearsal at another time or day.

Upon request, your Catering & Events Manager will meet with you and your wedding party to direct you on entrances, exits, and overall ceremony site set up. This request needs to be made at least four weeks prior to your rehearsal.
