Terms and Conditions: Qualified referrals include meeting/event planners and administrative professionals who 1) have a history of planning meetings/events and 2) are engaged currently in planning meetings/events, subject to contact/qualification by a Resort sales associate. Social events (e.g. wedding-related events) are eligible for rewards. Basic information required is meeting/event planner name, title, organization, postal mail address, eMail address, and telephone number; additionally, name of meeting/event for which The Resort is being referred is requested although not required. Only referrals submitted via online form will be accepted. Rewards for group bookings are either/or rather than cumulative; room nights are per meeting/event based on forecasted pick-up of revenue-generating room nights. Reward for referrals to be made after contact/qualification by a Resort sales associate; reward for group bookings to be made after receipt of signed contract. Gift cards have no cash value. The Resort reserves the right to terminate this program at any time.
