LIMITED TIME MENU SHOWCASES OREGON BOUNTY
Altitude restaurant at The Resort at The Mountain to offer special menu throughout October

WELCHES (Mt. Hood), Ore. – (August 26, 2011) - Highlighting indigenous ingredients sourced in the Mt. Hood territory, Executive Chef Paul Bosch of Altitude restaurant at The Resort at The Mountain presents his Fall Oregon Showcase menu, available for a limited time during the month of October (complete menu follows).

The special three-course prix fixe menu will complement Bosch’s traditional menu and offers guests a selection of dishes inspired and prepared with seasonal ingredients found in the Pacific Northwest including pomegranate, hazelnuts, mushrooms, apples, figs, chard, berries, pumpkin and more.

“Fall is the perfect time to experience the indigenous bounty from the Mt. Hood region,” said Frank Casarez, general manager of The Resort. “Chef has done an excellent job with this menu and highlights the season’s best flavors in each dish.”
