WINTER BREWS TAKE CENTER STAGE AT THE RESORT AT THE MOUNTAIN

Seasonal four-course Winter Essential Provisions Feast paired with Northwest brews

WELCHES (Mt. Hood), Ore. – (November 10, 2010) – The Resort at The Mountain (The Resort), a premier golf, spa and ski destination located on the western slope of Mt. Hood, will celebrate a selection of West Coast winter brews with a hearty four-course meal at its mallards café & pub on Saturday, November 20 at 6:30 p.m.

"Pairing great beer with unique beer-infused cuisine is an excellent way to experience the flavors of Northwest brews," said Executive Chef Paul Bosch. "Our guests are helping support the region’s exceptional local breweries while sampling a variety of unique seasonal offerings."

Created by Chef Bosch and his culinary team, the menu offers a variety of beer-infused dishes, each paired with a different local ale, including MacTarnahan Winter HumBug'r from Portland, Ore., Dechutes Jubelale from Bend, Ore. and Full Sail Wassail Ale from Hood River, Ore.
