Philip Foster Farm 25th Annual New Year's Eve Extravaganza Mt Hood Skibowl at Government Camp For 25 years, Skibowl has been the place to ring in the New Year and this year will be even bigger! In addition to live music, the slope-side Beer Garden and the legendary fireworks display at midnight and riding until 2 a.m. Skibowl will be staging a dramatic pre-fireworks Torchlight Parade down the Lower Bowl run. The illuminating event will feature members of the Mt. Hood Race Team and their families along with community leaders from Government Camp who, together in formation, will blaze a trail down the darkened Lower Bowl.
